At Choice Bartenders LLC, we specialize in providing professional bar services for events, but all alcohol and mixers must be supplied by the client. Due to state regulations in Ohio and West Virginia, alcohol cannot be sold for profit without a valid liquor license. As a result, all events must operate as an open bar unless hosted by a licensed vendor. Our service includes expert bartenders, premium drinkware, fresh ice, coolers, essential bar tools, stylish décor, and garnishes to enhance your event experience.
Can Choice Bartenders LLC create custom cocktails for my event?
Absolutely! We take pride in crafting a unique and memorable bar experience tailored to your event. Our team will work with you to create a custom cocktail menu that aligns with your theme, preferences, and guest expectations. Whether you want signature drinks, classic cocktails, or non-alcoholic mocktails, we ensure a personalized selection that fits your style. We also provide recommendations on alcohol quantities and ingredients to help you stock your bar efficiently.

What do I need to provide for the bar setup?
While we handle all aspects of the bar service, including setup and breakdown, the client is responsible for providing alcohol and mixers. If the venue does not have a bar setup, we offer a mobile tri-fold bar as part of our service. This ensures a professional and aesthetically pleasing bar setup, no matter the location. We also recommend having a designated space with adequate lighting and access to power (if needed for blenders or specialty drinks). If additional accommodations are required, such as specialty glassware or extended bar setups, we are happy to provide guidance and rental options to suit your needs.
